Luxury Cornish Yurts Booking Information
Our weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday. Guests may arrive anytime after 4.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask you to depart by 10am on your day of departure.
Please leave your yurt in a clean and tidy condition. We appreciate it if our guests strip the beds of all bedding [leave mattress covers on bed] and leave in a pile on your bed.
During low season [March, April-excluding Easter holidays, May, and Oct ] we offer short breaks. A three night short stay runs from Friday - Monday or four night short stay from Monday- Friday.
The cost of both these short stay options for 2011 is £195. We reserve the right to change this offer at any time.

Terms and Conditions:
Once the dates of your holiday have been confirmed by phone or email please fill in the booking form on our web site and return it to us via our e.mail address.
To secure the booking you can send a 50% deposit by cheque, payable to C D and L J Fear, or pay by BAC’s payment straight into our bank account-ask Lindsey for our banking details.
Only on receipt of the booking form and deposit is the booking secured. An initial payment of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking with the balance payable one month before your arrival.
If your booking is made within a month of your holiday you will need to send the full amount to secure the booking.
Rental includes all bedding, sheets and towels, including beach towels. You will also receive your first basket of logs free. Extra nets of logs are available at £5 per load for both woodburning stoves and for the firepit. Showers and electricity in the communal areas are provided as part of your rental cost. Re-chargeable torches and lanterns are also available.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday then we will make every effort to re-let the yurt and refund your money less a 20% administration fee. If we are unable to do this then LCY reserves the right to retain your deposit and recover any outstanding balance. We advise you to protect against cancellation by taking out holiday insurance at the time of booking. All cancellations must be in writing or via e.mail.
If the accommodation is not available due to any unforeseen circumstances, LCY cannot accept liability or responsibility, but your deposit and any rental money already paid will be refunded.
Returning Guests - will qualify for a 10% discount on all week stay bookings except during the summer holidays between 16th July and 3rd September.
Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on the site but excellent kennels nearby can be recommended.
There is a no smoking policy in the yurts and communal buildings.
Non residents are only allowed on site after confirmation with the owners of LCY.
Losses or damage to the property caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) must be paid for and we reserve the right to terminate your stay if any of your party are not treating the property or other guests with due respect.
