Luxury Cornish Yurts - Tariff for 2012

Luxury Cornish Yurts Booking Information

The above weekly tariffs are for the 2012 season.  You can book a part week at any time apart from 20th July-31st August when we only accept full week bookings.  All part weeks splits are from Friday-Monday [three night week-end ] and a four night week [Monday-Friday].

All part weeks are charged at 60% of the normal weekly tariff.

All Yurt bookings are for a maximum of four adults per yurt or a family of five, where there are smaller children.

If five adults wish to share a yurt there will be a surcharge of £10 per night for the extra adult.

Before booking a yurt we advise that you read our Booking Conditions with regard to cancellations.  We also advise that you should take out holiday insurance to cover costs if you decide to cancel your holiday for any reason.

Cancellation Policy-Please read this section carefully

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday then we will make every effort to re-let the yurt or holiday apartment and refund your money less a 20% administration fee.  If we are unable to do this then LCY reserves the right to retain your deposit and recover any outstanding balance.  We advise you to protect against cancellation by taking out holiday insurance at the time of booking.  All cancellations must be in writing or via e.mail.

If the accommodation is not available due to any unforeseen circumstances, LCY cannot accept liability or responsibility, but your deposit and any rental money already paid will be refunded.

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the site but excellent kennels nearby can be recommended.

There is a no smoking policy in the yurts, holiday apartment and communal buildings.

Non residents are only allowed on site after confirmation with the owners of LCY.

Losses or damage to the property caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) must be paid for and we reserve the right to terminate your stay if any of your party are not treating the property or other guests with due respect.

Booking Conditions

During low season [excluding all school holiday times] we offer short breaks.  A three night short stay runs from Friday - Monday or four night short stay from Monday- Friday.  The cost of both these short stay options for 2012 is £239.  We reserve the right to change this offer at any time and to offer late availability rates as and when we have a vacancy.
